Whooping cough (Pertussis) ကြက်ညှာချောင်းဆိုးရောဂါ

Bordetella pertussis ဗက်တီးရီးယားကြောင့် ဖြစ်ပြီး၊ ကလေးများတွင် အလွန် ကူးစက်သည်။ ပိုးဝင်ပြီး ၂ ရက်ကြာလျှင် ရောဂါလက္ခဏာများ ပေါ်လာသည်။

ချောင်းဆိုး၊ နှာခြေ၊ နှာရည်ယို၊ အန်၊ အစားပျက်၊ အာဟာရနည်း၊ ရေခမ်းခြောက်၊ ထိုမှ နူမိုးနီးယား၊ ဦးနှောက်ရောင် စသည် ဝင်လာတတ်သည်။ အသက်ရှူလမ်းမှ ကူးစက်သည်။

ပဋိဇီဝဆေးများ

Antibiotic (Erythromycin or Azithromycin or Trimethoprim-Sulfamethoxazole)
DTP immunizations ကာကွယ်ဆေး၊ (Diphtheria, Tetanus and Pertussis) at ages 2, 4, and 6 months, and later at 15–18 months and 4–6 years and 11 years
